The service
SKEW provides AI-assisted style analysis, generated outfit concepts, and editorial shopping suggestions. Results are subjective creative recommendations, may contain visual inaccuracies, and are not professional, medical, body-image, or financial advice.
Your uploads
You keep ownership of your photographs. You give SKEW and its service providers permission to process them only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. You must have the necessary rights and permission for every image you upload and must not upload unlawful, exploitative, or non-consensual material.
Generated results
You may use and save the generated results for personal purposes, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights. SKEW cannot guarantee that a generated garment exists, is available for purchase, or exactly matches a linked retailer product.
Payments and renewals
When paid access launches, the price and whether a purchase is one-time or recurring will be displayed before checkout. No recurring subscription will be charged without clear consent to its renewal terms. Subscription customers will be given a straightforward way to manage or cancel future renewals.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, evade usage limits, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use another person’s image without permission. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability and liability
SKEW is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SKEW is not responsible for indirect losses, retailer availability, third-party purchases, or decisions made from styling suggestions. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
