This notice explains what SKEW processes when you use the limited-preview personal styling service and how to contact us about your information.

Information you provide
SKEW processes the photographs you choose to upload, your selected style direction, written preferences, slider settings, and fashion references you select. If you contact us or make a payment, we also process the contact and transaction information needed to respond or provide the service.
How photographs are used
Your photographs are used to analyze visible clothing and styling choices and to create your requested outfit concepts. They are not used by SKEW to identify sensitive personal traits. Only upload photographs you have the right and permission to use.
AI and service providers
Uploaded photographs and style instructions are sent to third-party service providers, including an AI-processing provider, solely to provide the requested analysis and generated images. Payment information is handled by Stripe when payments are enabled; SKEW does not receive complete card numbers. Providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations.
Storage
The current preview does not create a SKEW account or intentionally save your uploaded photographs to a permanent SKEW profile. Selected images and results may remain in your browser session, and service providers may retain limited records as required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service operation.
Cookies and local technology
SKEW may use essential browser storage or cookies to operate the service, remember session state, prevent abuse, and support checkout. Affiliate partners may use tracking technology after you follow a disclosed shopping link, subject to their own privacy notices.
Your choices
You can stop before submitting photographs, close the browser session, or contact us to ask a privacy question or request deletion of information SKEW controls. Some information may be retained where required for legitimate security, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes.
Age and contact
SKEW is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@skew.style.
